The process
A short message via WhatsApp or Instagram. What's on your mind? Where are you right now?
I look at what you need together — and recommend the path that fits your family best.
You receive a personalised plan — and I'm there so you feel more confident feeding your baby.
My values
Quality fats, bioavailable iron, proteins and fermented foods. Complementary feeding provides the building blocks that brain, immune system and gut flora need most right now.
Food you recognise. Nutrient-dense, minimally processed and without unnecessary sugar. Not baby food from a jar, but real food from the family kitchen. Adapted for little ones.
Not just sweet. Sour, bitter, aromatic and savoury all have their place. Herbs, spices and fermented foods expand the palate and can help reduce picky eating later on.
Gut health plays a central role in digestion, nutrient absorption and immune development. Especially with eczema, allergies and constipation, it's worth always keeping the gut in mind.
It's not the method — BLW, purees or a combination — that makes the difference, but the attitude behind it. The child sets the pace, quantity and rhythm. I support you in embracing this with calm and trust.
Complementary feeding is more than food. It's a time of connection, trust and safety at the table. These experiences lay the foundation for a lifelong relationship with food.
About me
Mum of two.
In 2021, my daughter was born. She completely changed my perspective on early life and showed me how important bonding, trust and intuition are in those first months and years. From that, the 1000Deeg podcast was born — a series of interviews covering more than 50 topics around the first year of life that lay the foundation for a lifetime.
In 2025, my son arrived. With him came a new focus: how important are food and nutrients in the first year for a child's development? This led me deeper and deeper into the world of complementary feeding.
Today I bring it all together: researching, educating and guiding. I'm trained and certified by the Canadian Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition, with a focus on holistic, nutrient-dense solids
I believe every child deserves to be truly well nourished from the start. That eczema is often more than a skin issue. And that parents don't need 100 tips — they need personalised guidance and a clear plan that fits their child.
