      How does it work?

      1
      Tell me about you

A short message via WhatsApp or Instagram. What's on your mind? Where are you right now?

      2
      I listen first

I look at what you need together — and recommend the path that fits your family best.

      3
      We begin

You receive a personalised plan — and I'm there so you feel more confident feeding your baby.

      Think holistically. Guide holistically.

      1
Nourishing = more than filling up.

Quality fats, bioavailable iron, proteins and fermented foods. Complementary feeding provides the building blocks that brain, immune system and gut flora need most right now.

      2
      Real food

Food you recognise. Nutrient-dense, minimally processed and without unnecessary sugar. Not baby food from a jar, but real food from the family kitchen. Adapted for little ones.

      3
      Flavour from the start

Not just sweet. Sour, bitter, aromatic and savoury all have their place. Herbs, spices and fermented foods expand the palate and can help reduce picky eating later on.

      4
      Gut health as foundation

Gut health plays a central role in digestion, nutrient absorption and immune development. Especially with eczema, allergies and constipation, it's worth always keeping the gut in mind.

      5
      The child leads

It's not the method — BLW, purees or a combination — that makes the difference, but the attitude behind it. The child sets the pace, quantity and rhythm. I support you in embracing this with calm and trust.

      6
      Beyond the plate

Complementary feeding is more than food. It's a time of connection, trust and safety at the table. These experiences lay the foundation for a lifelong relationship with food.

      Maxi Pesch

      I'm Maxi Pesch.

      Mum of two.

In 2021, my daughter was born. She completely changed my perspective on early life and showed me how important bonding, trust and intuition are in those first months and years. From that, the 1000Deeg podcast was born — a series of interviews covering more than 50 topics around the first year of life that lay the foundation for a lifetime.

In 2025, my son arrived. With him came a new focus: how important are food and nutrients in the first year for a child's development? This led me deeper and deeper into the world of complementary feeding.

Today I bring it all together: researching, educating and guiding. I'm trained and certified by the Canadian Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition, with a focus on holistic, nutrient-dense solids

I believe every child deserves to be truly well nourished from the start. That eczema is often more than a skin issue. And that parents don't need 100 tips — they need personalised guidance and a clear plan that fits their child.

      Still have questions?

For parents who are about to start solids or are already in the middle of it and want personalised guidance. Whether BLW, purees or a combination, whether eczema, allergies or constipation are a concern — I tailor the guidance to you and your baby.
The 1:1 analysis is a single session, with an intake form before the call and a guide afterwards — ideal before starting solids. The 4-week guidance runs via WhatsApp, with personalised plans, feedback, recipes and adjustments for everyday life.
With BLW (Baby led weaning), the baby eats independently with their hands at their own pace; with purees, they are spoon-fed. Both have advantages. Many families benefit from a combination. I help you figure out what works best for your baby and your daily routine.
Most recommendations suggest around 6 months — but not by the calendar. It's about readiness signs: your baby sits up steadily, shows interest in food, and the tongue-thrust reflex has faded. In the 1:1 analysis, we look at this together in detail.
Eating should be enjoyable — but it's more than just fun. Babies have small stomachs and high nutrient needs. Every bite matters for brain, immune system and gut flora. That doesn't mean your baby needs to eat a lot right away. Looking, touching, smelling and tasting are all important steps in the learning process. Milk remains the primary source of nutrition at first. I help you understand what's normal and where nutrients truly matter.
Via WhatsApp. You can send me questions, photos, videos or voice messages, and I respond within 48 hours, usually sooner. This way you get feedback exactly when you need it.
Nee. Richtegt Iessen heescht net, stonnelaang an der Kichen ze stoen. E lues gekachtent Ee, Fleeschbritt an e Bräi gemëscht, gedréckte Sardinnen, eng räif Avocado mat Sesam ronderëm — nährstoffräich éischt Liewensmëttel kënnen erstaunlech einfach sinn. Ech hëllefen dir, dech op dat ze konzentréieren, wat wierklech wichteg ass fir d’Entwécklung vun dengem Bébé, a Molzechten ze bauen, déi an äre Familljerythmus passen — net an d’Perfektioun.
Absolutely — that's actually ideal. The 1:1 analysis is designed specifically for parents before starting solids. We look at readiness, safety, first foods and the most important nutrients, so you can begin complementary feeding feeling prepared and confident.
Eczema is often more than just a skin issue — it can also be connected to digestion, gut flora and food. I always look at the full picture and guide you through allergen introduction and a nutrition approach tailored to your baby. For medical questions, your paediatrician is the right point of contact — I complement that with holistic nutritional guidance.
I look beyond the plate — at nutrients, skin, gut, development and the atmosphere at the table. My approach is holistic and evidence-informed. And I don't just guide you for one hour, but — if needed — for weeks through the entire phase. 1000Deeg is certified as a Société d'Impact Sociétal (SIS) with the Label Impact Luxembourg.
